Terms of Use
- Grassfrog Technologies, LLC offers free document hosting exclusively for the use of Grassfrog customers.
- This service is to be utilized solely by home innspectors to deliver their
home inspection reports securely online. Use of this service for any
other reason may be grounds for termination.
- All counters and services are based on a calendar month, including paid
services. Unused upload credits in any given month do not roll over.
- Terminated subscriptions for paid accounts will cause that account to immediately
revert to a basic account.
- Documents are hosted for a minimum of 7 days on our servers for basic accounts,
and 30 days for paid accounts. You are responsible for keeping a backup
of all documents you upload on your own computer, as we do not accept responsibility
for backing up any uploaded documents.
- Upload credits have no assigned value. Our liability for failed uploads
and/or document retrievals is limited to crediting your account for a replacement
upload credit. By signing up for or utilizing this service in any way, you agree to hold Grassfrog Technologies, LLC harmless for any perceived damages resulting from use or non-use of this service.
- Our free report hosting service is provided at our sole discretion and may be terminated
at any time, with or without notification our existing user base.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any user, regardless of NACHI membership status.
- Technical support for this service is billable. Click here for technical support.
